Information on Renting at 29Bryant

To secure your new home, a $50 Application Fee and a $150 Administrative Fee are required. After signing your lease, a $500 Security Deposit will be due.

The deposit is held through the entirety of the lease and is refundable upon move-out. The Application and Administrative Fees are non-refundable.

We are proud to be a pet-friendly community! Residents may have up to two dogs or cats, with no breed or weight restrictions. As part of our application process, we utilize a third-party pet screening company for all residents.  This includes pet owners, non-pet owners, and those with certified service or ESA animals.

Pet rent starts as low as $30 per month, per pet, and the one-time, non-refundable pet fee starts at $200. We do not charge a pet deposit. Pet rent and fees are subject to variation based on the third-party pet screening results.

We're pleased to offer on-site garage parking for our residents. Our garage is directly attached, climate-controlled, and secured for convenient access. We offer competitive rates of $155/month when kept for the duration of your lease or opt for a flexible month-to-month option at $175/month. Electric plug-in options are also available.

A huge perk we offer is that all utilities are set up for you by us!

Electric: 
  • Studio: $50-75/mo, on average*
  • 1 Bedrooms: $50-75/mo, on average*
  • 2 Bedrooms: $50-100/mo, on average*  

*Averages are based on actual usage including lighting, outlets, appliances and the HVAC systems.

Internet: 
  • $55 per month, flat rate for 300MB optic fiber from USI
Trash: 
  • Studio: $10 flat rate
  • 1 Bedrooms: $15 flat rate
  • 2 Bedrooms: $20 flat rate
Water/Waste: 
  • $15-25, per person, on average.*
*Billback is based on a per person usage.  The billback rate uses a
Ratio Utility Billing System as outlined in the Utility Addendum to the Lease.
